Our website provides health information free of charge, but it is not intended as a substitute for independent professional or medical advice, or to be used to diagnose or treat any condition or disease. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apex Hearing strives to maintain the quality of information and to update this website regularly, but assumes no responsibility or legal liability for the accuracy of the information provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In providing our online shop, we comply with the requirements of Australian Consumer Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We strive to ensure all information provided is up-to-date and correct, but we do not guarantee that our products and their descriptions are accurate, and we reserve the right to make any necessary corrections. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We ship only within Australia. We use Australia Post and will advise you when goods are dispatched. Delivery charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the total amount payable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can return an item to us, with proof of purchase, if it\u2019s faulty or not of acceptable quality, or if it\u2019s incorrectly described or doesn\u2019t do what we said it would do. Depending on the issue, we\u2019ll offer you an exchange, repair or refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
