How much does it cost?
An earwax removal appointment costs $130. If no earwax is found in your ears, a reduced rate of $60 applies.
Do I need a referral?
No, it’s not necessary.
Should I use eardrops or olive oil prior to my appointment?
No, please don’t use any kind of eardrops or oil. CleanEars ear spray, available in our clinic or from your pharmacy, may be used on the day of your appointment but this is not essential.
Do you see children?
Yes, we see children aged 12 years or older for earwax removal.
Is there a Medicare or private health insurance rebate?
Our earwax removal service is not claimable through Medicare. A rebate may be available from some health funds, please contact your fund directly for more information.
